In charge of working collaboratively to create enticing social media posts on Instagram and Facebook of store products such as shoes and shoe accessories to bring in customers. Implemented give-a-way events and engagement ideas to grow the social media following of the store.

Also created newsletters and Facebook live streams to deliver news to customers. Used SnapRetail to manage and schedule social media posts.
